About Me

Hello! I am a development economist and an Associate Research Fellow in the Poverty, Gender, and Inclusion (PGI) Unit at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI).

My Research aims to improve poverty, health and education in Africa by studying policies and interventions via randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and natural experiments.

I have a PhD in Economics & Public Policy from the University of Michigan (2023) and a Master's in Agricultural, Food & Resource Economics from Michigan State University (2012). I am also a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer who served in Mali (2010-2012).
